Kite Beach Huts, a unique and sustainable beachfront accommodation in the UAE. Our five beach huts, each with a Swahili name (Mwezi, Mchanga, Mawinbi, Mitenede, and Mapenzi), are made of natural wood with African-inspired design and a natural grass roof (thatched roof) that blends seamlessly with the surrounding environment.
Located on a fine white sand beach that is free from pollution, Kite Beach Huts provide a serene atmosphere and stunning views of the sunrise and sunset. The clear, aqua blue water is perfect for swimming, bathing, and other water activities.

Cabana bookings require payment of the regular entrance fee/beach access fee for all
customers.
Weekday (Monday to Friday ) rates are: Adult – AED 75, Kids (age 4-11) – AED 45, Pet – AED 75. On
weekends rates may vary and are subject to change up to uae holidays . Currently, weekend (Saturday & Sunday ) rates are: Adult
– AED 100, Kids (age 4-11) – AED 75, Pet – AED 75.
Children aged 1-3, people with determination, and nannies enjoy free access to the beach.
Alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises.
Outside food and drinks are not permitted.
Please take care of your personal belongings as Kite Surf Beach Center management is not
responsible for any lost items during private bookings of our Beach Huts.
If you have a special occasion, please inform us at the time of booking so we can help you
create a memorable experience.
Use of cameras is subject to charges. Phone cameras are allowed without charges.
Please comply with our rules and regulations.
Cancelation policy
-If cancelled or modified up to 3days before date of arrival, the reservation team can rebook the booking note: no voucher . If cancelled or modified on expected date of arrival, it will be no-show, 100% non refundable.
– For Beach Access its non refundable no voucher.
