1. Entrance fees are applicable for private tent campers (weekdays adult – 45aed, kids 35aed, pet 75aed | weekend/holidays – adult 75aed, kids 45aed, pet 75aed).

2. Alcohol is strictly prohibited. Please comply with this!

3. Pet owner should take care of their pet(s) in night hours and should be on leash all the time except in the water.

4. If you need any support after 10pm (our closing time), please contact the security staff anytime

5. Food and drinks from outside are not allowed in the restaurant. Please adhere to our rules!

6. Kindly place your food order before 21:30 pm from our restaurant & Café.

7. Kite beach center is not responsible to protect customers personal belongings.

8. If you want to stay on the Beach after checkout time (10 am), has to pay entrance fees again and continue to use beach facilities.

9. Please be kind enough to take care of your personal belongings. Kite beach center management will not responsible for the lost items.

CAMP CANCELATION POLICY

-If cancelled or modified up to 3days before date of arrival, the reservation team can rebook the booking note: no voucher . If cancelled or modified on expected date of arrival, it will be no-show, 100% non refundable.

– For Beach Access its non refundable no voucher.
